Migration cases
When you apply for residence permit to Sweden, for instance as an asylum seeker, you may be entitled to a public counsel. We commit to assignments as public counsel and can assist you throughout the investigation pending at the Swedish Migration Agency (Migrationsverket) and during the trial at the administrative courts.
The government always pays for the public counsel in all of these matters.
