Nya krav för att förordnas som offentligt biträde och ställföreträdare i LVU-mål

Fr.o.m. den 1 mars 2021 gäller särskilda krav för den som vill bli förordnad
som offentligt biträde för den unge i LVU-mål. Endast den får förordnas som
på grund av sina kunskaper och erfarenheter och även i övrigt är särskilt
lämplig för uppdraget (se 39 § andra stycket LVU samt prop. 2020/21:35).

Förvaltningsrätten i Stockholm bedömer att advokat Carl Johan Tengvall och advokat Pia Tengvall uppfyller kraven för att
komma i fråga för sådana förordnanden.
